Laurie Geoffroy’s 17 year career in human resources has spanned over a variety of industries: Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Insurance, Engineering, and Start up environments.  Her career takes in small entrepreneurial companies to Fortune 300 organizations, both national and international.  Laurie has worked in three high expansion companies, two with global operations.

She has built the foundations of two human resources departments from the ground up, creating client-focused, business partnership environments. Leading an Operations and Efficiency team, she understands developing key behaviors in creating innovative solutions around processes, reducing cost and increasing production. 

Laurie is also an effective speaker, facilitator and trainer in the areas of performance management, public speaking and presentation skills, creating transparent environments, foundations of management, and change management.
